Completed arrangements are being announced for Roy Rogers, 53, of Newbern, who died April 23, 2013, at his home.
The family will receive friends 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday at White-Ranson Funeral Home. There will be no services. Burial will follow visitation at Zion Cemetery near Dyersburg. |
