The following cases were disposed of April 15-19 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Jimmy Smith, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were recorded in the dockets in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed, unless dismissal is contingent upon costs being paid or other conditions. All others are published, including judicial diversions and deferred cases, without exception.
• Jason A. Miller — driving under the influence (first offense), guilty of a lesser charge of public intoxication.
• Navin M. Murphy — sexual offender registration form violation, guilty of a lesser charge of sexual offender registration form validation/attempt; theft of merchandise/shoplifting, guilty as charged.
• Bryan H. Blair — driving under the influence (fourth or subsequent), bound over to the grand jury; driving while license revoked (second or subsequent), waived to the grand jury.
• Robert F. Wade — sexual battery, bound over to the grand jury.
• Cody R. Bergner — theft of merchandise/shoplifting, judicial diversion.
• Christian F. Burgess — theft of merchandise/shoplifting, judicial diversion.
• Mackenzie A. Cleaver — theft of merchandise/shoplifting, judicial diversion.
• Leslie Brown — driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Jackie Gooch — driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Cassandra R. Harrison — driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Charles A. Haynes — driving while license suspended (second or subsequent), deferred.
• Jeremy K. Jones — driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Jesus M. Navarette — two counts of driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Katrina R. Perry — driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Lisa S. Terry — two counts of driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Cody A. Warren — possession and distribution of intoxicating liquid by person under 21, deferred.
• Patricia D. Bennett — driving under the influence by allowing, guilty as charged.

• Joseph L. Johnson — four counts of worthless checks (up to $500), guilty as charged.
• Tory D. Smith — financial responsibility law violation, guity as charged.
• Allan K. Virden — driving while license revoked (second or subsequent) and driving under the influence (first offense), guilty as charged.
• Phillip W. Wherry — possession of Schedule II drugs, guilty as charged.
• Lawrence J. Britton — theft of property ($1,000-$10,000) and burglary, waived to the grand jury.
• Larry D. Harper — theft of property ($1,000-$10,000) and burglary, waived to the grand jury.
• Delana A. Cox — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Haler R. Martinez — driving without a license, financial responsibility law violation and child restraint (under age 4), guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Ryan C. Pride — light law/motor vehicle, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Daniel R. Purdy — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Herber Saul — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• James E. Poyner — driving while license suspended, dismissed on payment of costs.
• Diane Young — driving while license suspended, dismissed on payment of costs.
