Mrs. Olive Miller Moore, 98, of Dresden, died Thursday, April 18, 2013 at the Weakley County Rehab & Nursing Center in Dresden.

Services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel in Dresden with Darrin Reynolds and Dr. Dale Mathis officiating. Burial was in Sunset Cemetery in Dresden.

Mrs. Moore was born Aug. 9, 1914 in Weakley County, daughter of the late John Elmer and Sudin Taylor Miller. She was the widow of James Marion Moore. She attended Central School, had worked as an assembly worker for Kellwood Company and was a member of Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, James D. (Betty) Moore of Martin and Kenneth (Janice) Moore of Dresden; five grandchildren, Janice (Danny) Truett, Debbie (Roger) Brasfield, Angie (Mark) Rushing, Don (Jennifer) Moore and Emily (Darrin) Reynolds; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Allie V. Moore; one brother, Conley Miller; and one great-grandchild.
