Good day to each one of you. I really enjoyed going to church and Sunday school after a week of staying basically in bed with my asthma/allergies. It was so good to be back with my Christian brothers and sisters and listen to Greg Hahn teach our lesson.

Bro. Elwood, Anthony, Bro. Mac, Angela, Denise and the choir brought us a great program of good hymns. The choir sang a special titled “He Thought Of Me.”

Bro. Mac brought his message from I Samuel 12: 12-25.

Our revival started Sunday evening and ran through Wednesday evening. We had several visitors from BCM Sunday evening. Monday evening the choir from Fulton First Baptist Church brought the special music. Nathan Elliott from UTM was the evangelist and Eric Lipford, Minister of Music at Fulton First Baptist Church, was the music evangelist.

Max Lee is having some health problems. We send get-well wishes to Max and all others who aren’t feeling well.

Gauge went with our neighbor, Kenny Edwards, to Kenny’s granddaughter’s birthday party Sunday afternoon.

Our graduating people will be recognized Sunday, May 19. Anyone who has a child graduating from kindergarten to college, please let Kim McCaleb or Diane Stacks know as soon as possible.

Billy Hodges will be in concert Monday, May 6 at 7 p.m. He will be joined by Under Grace partners, Jeremy Ballinger and Mark Brantley. A freewill offering will benefit the Ministry of Servant Leaders Disaster Relief Team of Beulah and Weakley County Baptist Associations.

Birthdays for this week are Landon Prather and Rebecca Hundley.

Until next week, may God bless.
