Miss Williams to wed Robinson on May 11

The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Jennifer Lynn Williams of Union City and Alexander Davis Robinson of Dresden are being announced today.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Shawna Williams and Bobby and Lisa Williams, all of Union City. Her grandparents are the late Harold and Wanda Searcy of Union City and the late Eugene and Sally Anne Williams of Trenton.
She graduated from Arnold’s Beauty School in Milan in 2009 and is a stylist at Styles On Broadway SalonSpa.
The groom-elect is the son of Brad and Stephanie Robinson of Dresden and Ginger Davis of Parsons. His grandparents are Bobby and Jeanette Robinson of Sharon, Sylvia Swearingen of Dresden and Brenda and the late Tim Davis of Parsons.
He is enrolled at Mid-Continent University in Mayfield, Ky., studying biblical studies and Christian ministry. He is an alumni of Pi Kappa Alpha. He is a guest care professional at Styles On Broadway SalonSpa and also employed at Comet Cleaners, both in Martin.
The couple’s outdoor wedding will be held at 6:30 p.m. May 11 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Dunn, located at 2203 Palmersville Highway 89 in Dresden.
A reception will follow at same location.
In case of rain, the wedding will be held at First Baptist Church of Dresden.
All friends and relatives are invited to attend. Only out-of-town invitations will be sent.
