Arts council to present fundraiser

The Paris Henry County Arts Council will be presenting the first annual “Fish Tales” fundraiser, sponsored by boutique Mari Mac, Paris Realty Company, Wildwood Nursery and the Paris P-I. The event will be held on Saturday, 2-4 p.m. and will take place at Tennessee Dixter, 1315 E. Bylthe St.
There will be music by Elaine and  Larry Conger, Martin Paschall and Jason Wade, The Shepherd Family and Joy Stubblefield.
Great storytelling will be offered by Bob Valentine, Bill Williams, Mark Johnson and others, while garden tours and gardening expertise will be offered by Jimmy Williams.
Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children 12 and younger, while preschool and younger are free.
Tickets may be purchased at boutique Mari Mac, the Iron Place, Jack Jones Flowers, Merison’s, Wildwood Nursery and Wofford’s Nursery or purchased at the event.
