Fish Tales event set in Henry County Posted: Tuesday, April 16, 2013 8:00 pm The Paris Henry County Arts Council will present the first-ever Fish Tales Fundraiser Saturday in Henry County. The event will take place from 2-4 p.m. at Tennessee Dixter, located at 1315 East Bylthe St. in Paris. It is sponsored by boutique Mari Mac, Paris Realty Company, Wildwood Nursery and The Paris Post-Intelligencer. There will be music by Elaine and Larry Conger, Martin Paschall and Jason Wade, The Shepherd Family and Joy Stubblefield. Great storytelling with be offered by Bob Valentine, Bill Williams, Mark Johnson and others, while garden tours and gardening expertise will be shared by Jimmy Williams. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children younger than 12, while preschool and younger get in free. Tickets can be purchased at boutique Mari Mac, the Iron Place, Jack Jones Flowers, Merison’s, Wildwood Nursery and Wofford’s Nursery or purchased at the event.
