Dana Lynn Kassis, 63, of Hornbeak died April 14, 2013, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
A memorial service is planned for 3 p.m. Wednesday at White & Mahon Funeral Home in Troy, with the Rev. Robert Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the hour of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
She was born Feb. 26, 1950, in Chicago, daughter of the late James and Lenore (Longo) Kassis. She was a retired hairdresser.
She is survived by her sister, Jamie Elstner of Joliett, Ill.; and her longtime companion, Claude Farrow of Hornbeak.
