The Union City School System has announced the following lunch menus for April 15-19:
Union City High School
Monday, April 15 — Baked chicken nuggets or beef fingers with whole wheat roll, mashed potatoes with gravy, steamed carrots, fresh apple, canned peaches and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, April 16 — Beef-a-roni with Texas toast or pork rib patty with whole grain bun, turnip greens, purple hull peas, fresh orange, canned applesauce and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, April 17 — Turkey Tetrazinni or tuna salad with whole grain breadstick, fresh salad cup, green beans, fresh melon, canned pineapple and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, April 18 — Pepperoni pizza or soy butter and jelly with whole grain bread, whole kernel corn, pinto beans, fresh apple, canned pears and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, April 19 — Cheeseburger with whole grain bun or whole grain corndog, French fries, California blend vegetables, fresh banana, canned mixed fruit and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Note: UCHS offers fresh salad bar options daily.
UC Middle School

South Fulton Elementary School has announced the following menus for April 15-19:
Breakfast
Monday, April 15 — Whole grain breakfast pizza or whole grain cereal with whole grain graham cracker and low-fat milk or juice.
Tuesday, April 16 — Whole grain biscuit with sausage or whole grain cereal with whole grain Pop Tart and low-fat milk or juice.
Wednesday, April 17 — Strawberry pancakes or whole grain cereal with whole grain cheese toast and low-fat milk or juice.
Thursday, April 18 — Egg/cheese/ham breakfast bar or yogurt with whole grain cereal and low-fat milk or juice.
Friday, April 19 — Chicken with whole grain biscuit or whole grain cereal with graham cracker and low-fat milk or juice.
Note: Free breakfast is offered daily to every SFES student.
Lunch
Monday, April 15 — Grilled chicken or fish sandwich with whole wheat bun, purple hull peas, romaine salad with cherry tomatoes, fresh orange and low-fat milk or juice.
Tuesday, April 16 — Pepperoni pizza or pork patty with whole wheat bun, California vegetables, whole kernel corn, fresh apple and low-fat milk or juice.
Wednesday, April 17 — Beef fingers or baked chicken with whole grain roll, steamed broccoli, mashed potatoes, pear halves and low-fat milk or juice.
Thursday, April 18 — Fajita chicken wrap or taco filling with whole grain tortilla shell, fajita blend vegetables, shredded lettuce, salsa cup, sliced peaches and low-fat milk or juice.
Friday, April 19 — Hamburger with whole wheat bun or corndog, baked oven fries, baked beans, fresh banana and low-fat milk or juice.
