The Messenger, April 8, 2013 The Northwest Tennessee Regional Port Authority will meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Dyersburg-Dyer County Chamber of Commerce. The meeting is open to the public and on the agenda is an update on legal issues, a project report from Forcum-Lannom Contractors and a discussion of the master plan, insurance and audit contract.
