TEAM EFFORT — The Westview FFA Chapter was recently recognized as a State Superior Chapter at the 85th annual Tennessee FFA Convention in Gatlinburg. The FFA State Superior Award recognizes chapters that complete and document at least 16 activities and complete an annual program of activities, which includes a series of activities designed to encourage its members to grow as individuals, to work as part of a team and to serve others. In order to qualify for this state award, the chapter must complete at least 16 activities: one for each of the five quality standards in each of the three divisions. The three divisions are: Student development with quality standards of leadership, healthy lifestyles, career success, scholarships and personal growth.
