Completed arrangements are being announced for Kandice LaChristie Nelson, 33, of Troy, who was pronounced dead on arrival at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City April 3, 2013.
The family will receive friends at White & Mahon Funeral Home in Troy from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday. There will be a private family service following.
She was born Oct. 27, 1979, in Obion County, daughter of Cindy Lee (Green) Jewell of Troy and the late Ronald Eugene Driggers. She had been a driver for the railroad and she attended Living Word Church near Hornbeak.
She is also survived by her boyfriend, Joshua Ty Brann of Fulton; her daughter, Skyler Brewer of Troy; her son, Noah Joseph Nelson of the Crystal community; two brothers, Jacob Cory Driggers of Fulton and Caleb Paul Morgan of Troy; two sisters, Britney Warren of Obion and Catrina Ann Driggers of Union City; and her grandmother, Joyce Driggers of Troy.
She was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Melvin and Doris Green and Rufus Driggers; and her uncle, Larry Green.
