On March 17, it was discovered at MTD Products in Martin that someone had removed a wooden spool containing approx. 75 feet of MCM wire with ground from the facility.
The complainant stated that it appeared as if the offender loaded the spool with a fork lift, placed it on a cart and drove out a door on the east side of the building.
The estimated value of the stolen wire is approximately $3,000.
