On Wednesday, we opened our services singing, “Love Lifted Me.” Bro. Tom Koker led our opening prayer. Next we sang, “I’ll Fly Away” and “Just a Little Talk With Jesus.” Our youth sang “Sweet By and By.”

Bro. Billy came for prayer and announcements.

Doug and Joyce Morris were here tonight. She played the piano for us as Ms. Mertie was out of town. We appreciate them so much.

Bro. Billy brought his message from John 4:21-24 and Bro. Gerald Wilkerson led our closing prayer.

On Sunday morning Sunrise service, we opened our services singing, “Farther Along.” Next we sang “At the Cross.” Colin Lee Strickland from Ruthville Baptist Church sang a special and played the guitar. Next we had another blessing by Bro. Lowell Wiley, pastor from Ruthville Baptist Church. Bro. Billy welcomed all our visitors and Ruthville Baptist Church.

Our church was full this Easter morning. Bro. Billy brought his message from Luke 18:31-33. Bro. Lowell Wiley led our opening prayer and blessed the services. Our song of invitation was “Just As I Am.” Bro. Doug Morris led our closing prayer and blessed our food and fellowship.

We had a wonderful sunrise service, about 85 were here. Praise the Lord.

Sunday morning worship service, we opened services singing, “Oh, How I Love Jesus.” Bro. Robert Pogue read from John 20:17. Our Sunday school teacher was Landon Ashton, as this is Youth Sunday. Our lesson was called “Seeing or Recognizing” from John 20:1-4. Bro. Bobby Doughty blessed our class through prayer. Bro. Ryan Doughty led our closing prayer and blessed the preaching hour. Our first song was, “Heaven Came Down.” Bro. Billy came for prayers and announcements. He welcomed all our visitors this morning. Our ushers were Seth Fulcher and Ashton Landon, Seth blessed the offering.

We sang “Happy Birthday” to Sam Fulcher, Mindy McCallum, Hunter Terrell, and Jessica. Our youth sang “Sweet By and By.” We had several special songs sang afterwards.

Bro. Billy brought his message from Luke 24:1-12. Bro. Bobby Doughty led our prayer.  Our song of invitation was “Softly and Tenderly.” Bro. Gerald Wilkerson led our closing prayer. What a wonderful day in the Lord.
