Recital to feature professor

Dr. Douglas Owens will perform a bassoon recital at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Martin.
Owens, a UT Martin Department of Music assistant professor of music, will perform and be accompanied by fellow faculty members. Works being played include “L’invitation au voyage” by Chambrier, “Pastorale and Dance” by Phillips and “Trio in G major 37” by Beethoven.
The event is free and open to the public.
