The Union City School System has announced the following lunch menus for April 8-12:
Union City High School
Monday, April 8 — Baked chicken nuggets or beef fingers with whole wheat roll, mashed potatoes with gravy, carrot sticks, fresh apple, canned peaches and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, April 9 — Scrambled egg and sausage with whole grain biscuit or tuna salad with whole grain bread, baked sweet potato bites, green peas, fresh orange, canned applesauce and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, April 10 — Chicken pot pie with whole wheat roll or pork rib patty with whole grain bun, turnip greens, fresh salad cup, fresh grapes, canned pears and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, April 11 — Sausage pizza or soy butter and jelly with whole grain bread, Great Northern beans, steamed broccoli, fresh orange, canned pineapple and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, April 12 — Cheeseburger with whole grain bun or whole grain corndog, French fries, cole slaw, fresh banana, canned mandarin oranges and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Note: UCHS offers fresh salad bar options daily.
UC Middle School
Monday, April 8 — Baked chicken nuggets or beef fingers with whole wheat roll, mashed potatoes with gravy, carrot sticks, fresh apple, canned peaches and low-fat milk and skim milk.

South Fulton Elementary School has announced the following breakfast and lunch menus for April 8-12:
Breakfast
Monday, April 8 — Whole grain Pop Tart or whole grain cereal, yogurt and low-fat milk or juice.
Tuesday, April 9 — Sausage with whole grain biscuit or whole grain cereal with whole grain graham cracker and low-fat milk or juice.
Wednesday, April 10 — Breakfast bagel or whole grain cereal with whole wheat cinnamon toast and low-fat milk or juice.
Thursday, April 11 — Breakfast burrito or whole grain cereal with whole grain graham cracker and low-fat milk or juice.
Friday, April 12 — Whole grain strawberry pancake or whole grain cereal with graham cracker and fresh banana and low-fat milk or juice.
Note: Free breakfast is offered daily to every SFES student.
Lunch
Monday, April 8 — Ravioli or chicken dippers, whole grain roll, steamed broccoli, whole kernel corn, pineapple tidbits and low-fat milk or juice.
Tuesday, April 9 — Chicken chunks or beef fingers, Great Northern beans, peas and carrots, applesauce and low-fat milk or juice.
Wednesday, April 10 — Chicken patty with whole wheat bun or country fried steak with whole grain roll, romaine salad with fat-free dressing and cherry tomatoes, diced pears and low-fat milk or juice.
Thursday, April 11 — Hamburger with whole wheat bun or chicken salad with whole wheat bread, sweet potato fries, chef-cut vegetables, Dole mixed fruit cups and low-fat milk or juice.
Friday, April 12 — Hot dog with whole wheat bun or sloppy joe with whole wheat bun, baked tots, baked beans, fresh banana and low-fat milk or juice.
