The Obion County University of Tennessee Extension Service will be holding two Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) certification sessions Thursday. All area beef producers are encouraged to attend either at 9 a.m. or 5 pm. in the meeting room at the Obion County Farm Bureau in Union City.
Each session will begin promptly and will take about one hour to complete, a spokesman said. All area producers who anticipate applying for Tennessee Agriculture Enhancement Program (TAEP) monies must attend one of these sessions.
