Charles Edward Reams, 93, of South Fulton died Jan. 7, 2013, at Martin Healthcare.
A graveside service is planned for 1 p.m. Wednesday at Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Weakley County.
There will be no visitation. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at the hour of services.
Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton is in charge of arrangements.
