Need rain?
Josh Roberson and Jason Craig have joined Inco Ag Irrigation Services and are now selling rain.
Roberson has worked in the lumber industry for the past eight years.
He has worked in sales for five years and worked with Gantt farms most recently.
He graduated from Bethel University with a bachelor’s degree in business management.
Roberson combines practical experience and knowledge of his customers to develop and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
He is married to the former Ashleigh Vaughn and they live in Hornbeak with their son, Sawyer Creek. Roberson is a life-long resident of the Reelfoot Lake area and is an avid hunter and fisherman.
Craig joins Inco after spending the past 7 1/2 years with Williams Sausage, most recently as a supervisor. After graduating from Union City High School in 2000, he studied industrial maintenance at the Tennessee Technology Center at Newbern. Since high school he has been involved with the agriculture industry working for Cheatham farms, the co-op, and as needed helping friends in the agriculture business.
He also is involved with a local chapter of the North American Wild Turkey Federation. Craig and his wife, Michelle, have been married for six years and have a 2 1/2-year-old daughter, Laney Jo.
Inco Ag Irrigation is a locally owned and operated agriculture irrigation company servicing all types of agricultural irrigation systems. As an authorized Reinke dealer, Inco Ag seeks to meet and exceed its customer’s expectation of service and quality, according to a news release from the company.
With rain being scarce lately, mechanized irrigation systems are quickly becoming a necessity, not just a luxury.
Even with the great soil in the area, proper growth and yield requires rain, according to the news release.
Owner/manager Richie Cash oversees the day to day operations of the business.
Cash and eight full-time employees service all types of mechanized irrigation systems.
“Sometimes companies can grow too quickly, growing past their ability to perform quality service. Our goal from the beginning has been to properly manage the growth of our business. Trained service and installation staff is already in place, so with Jason and Josh joining the team we don’t sacrifice service as sales increase,” Cash said.
