New Salem Cemetery funds needed

To relatives and friends of those buried at the New Salem Cemetery, located on Hwy. 89 midway between Dresden and Sharon, it is time to make donations for cemetery upkeep.
The care and upkeep of the cemetery depends upon donations from loved ones. The expenses increase gradually each year, and unfortunately the donations have declined.
In addition to the normal cemetery upkeep, the origina iron fence  is in need of extensive repair and painting.
The cemetery committee made up of Hoyt Green, Buddy Travis and John Clark is seeking funds for this project.
Thanks to those that have contributed. Others may contribute by sending checks payable to New Salem Cemetery Association and mailed to cemetery treasurer, Jane Clark, 215 Rambo Road, Sharon, TN 38255.
