Miss Conner, Batts to wed

The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Chasity Nicole Conner to Eric Lee Batts are being announced today.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cory Edmison of South Fulton and Robin Conner of Fulton. She is the granddaughter of Harold “Shorty” and Lillie Mae Vaughn of South Fulton and the late Floyd “Fats” and Bernice Conner and Altie Conner of Fulton.
She is a 2005 graduate of South Fulton High School and a 2009 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting. She is employed by UT Martin.
The groom-elect is the son of Mark and Vickie Batts of Fulton. He is the grandson of Evelyn and Billy Milner of South Fulton and the late W. C. Jones and Clyde and Celia Batts of Fulton.
He is a 2004 graduate of Hickman County (Ky.) High School and a 2008 graduate of Murray (Ky.) State University, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration. He is employed by U.S. Bank in Paducah, Ky.
The couple will exchange vows at 5 p.m. Sept. 12 at South Fulton Baptist Church.
A reception will be held immediately following the ceremony at The Moffatt Centré in Troy.
All friends and family are invited to attend.
Only out-of-town invitations are being sent.
