GIVING THEIR ALL — Molly Beth Blackwell (front) and Laney Rogers, both of Union City, have been training hard at Crossfit Autobody in Union City in anticipation of the worldwide Memorial Day workout event, “The Murph.” The workout was a favorite of fallen Navy SEAL and Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who was killed on June 28, 2005, in Afghanistan.
