Mrs. Thelma (Galloway) Broadley, 91, of Union City passed away 1:40 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Hebbardsville, Ky. There will be no visitation. Friends and family are asked to meet at the cemetery for the service.
