Russell Abbott, 63, of Union City died April 19, 2021, at Baptist Health Paducah. Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Rawls Funeral Home Chapel in Union City. Interment will follow in East View Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon on Sunday at the funeral home. Published 4.22.21
