Mr. J.W. Higgins, 91, of Union City passed away 9 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 26, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City. Funeral services were conducted noon Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025, at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Gregg Lawrence officiated. Burial followed Obion County Memorial Gardens.
