Bobbye Louise Foster, 96, of Union City died Oct. 18, 2024. A celebration of life was held at 11 a.m. today (Oct. 22) at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel, with a private committal at Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation was held from 9 a.m. until the hour of service. The Messenger/10.22.24
