Anne Logan, 85, of Fulton died Sept. 13, 2022, at Fulton Nursing and Rehab. Memorial services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Hornbeak Funeral Home. Visitation was held at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the hour of services.   Published in The Messenger 9.20.22
