Iva Capps Adams, 96, of Dresden, died Tuesday, June 2, 2015 in Chicago, Ill. Services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel in Dresden.

Ruth Arnold, 86, of Gleason, died Friday, June 5, 2015. Services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Tumbling Creek Baptist Church, Gleason.

Mrs. Mildred Smith Barber, 86, of Martin, died Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at VanAyer Manor Nursing & Rehab Center in Martin. Services were held Saturday at Murphy Funeral Home Chapel in Martin.

Evelyn AvaMarie Kelley, 10 months, died Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at St. Jude Hospital in Memphis. Services were held from 2-5 p.m. Monday at Williams Funeral Home of Greenfield.

Lawrence Parra, 38, of Dresden, died Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson. No services were held.

Vernon Dale White, 63, of Martin, died Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Martin Health Care. Services were held at 5 p.m. Saturday at East Side Baptist Church in Martin.

Grace Pollard Thomason, 84, of Union City died June 8, 2015, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. 6.8.15

James Brundige of South Fulton died June 5, 2015, at his parents’ home in South Fulton. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton. 6.8.15

Carolyn Reams of South Fulton died June 5, 2015, at Martin Healthcare Center. Graveside services were held on Sunday at Mount Moriah Cemetery in Weakley County. Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton was in charge of the arrangements. 6.8.15

Gordon Cross, 82, of Union City died June 3, 2015, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announce White-Ranson Funeral Home. 6.4.15

Dianne Taylor Turner, 61, of Union City died June 1, 2015, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City. Memorial services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Union City. Rawls Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 6.4.15

Frank Johnson Jr., 62, of Union City died June 1, 2015, at the Obion County Nursing Home. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at West Hill Cemetery near Rives with Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. There will be no visitation. 6.4.15
