Evelyn Jane McNeill

Evelyn Jane McNeill, 75, of Sellers, SC, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2026, at Regency Hospital of Florence.

Memorial services will be held graveside in Tennessee and will be announced at a later date.

Born in Memphis, TN, April 5, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Paul Bert Yarbrough and Evelyn Lawrence Yarbrough. She was a retired school teacher, and the widow of the late George Macon McNeill.

Survivors include her daughter, Mary Claire Wiggins (Matt) of Sellers; sons, Robert Russell of Troy, TN, Tommy McNeill (Brin) and Danny McNeill, all of Nashville, TN, and Tim Pearson of Las Vegas, NV; granddaughters, Mary Elizabeth Vogler of Marion, SC, Scarlett Macon McNeill of Nashville, TN, and Kristian Bailey Wiggins of Marion; grandson, Hunter Matthew Wiggins of Latta, SC; brother, Glenn Yarbrough of Toone, TN; and sister, Mary Yarbrough (Terry).

Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Evelyn Yarbrough; husband, George Macon McNeill; and her brother, Paul Yarbrough.

Memorials may be made to Cabin Full Gospel Church, 526 Slabtown Road, Sellers, SC 29592.

Cooper Funeral Home in Dillon, SC, is in charge of arrangements.
