Under Investigation
UNDER INVESTIGATION — Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) agents assisted local law enforcement officers from Kenton Police Department and Gibson County Sheriff’s Office with collecting evidence and speaking to witnesses following the deaths of Lisa and Johnathan Skinner on Saturday. The Obion County Sheriff’s Office was also on the scene. The TBI’s assistance was requested by 28th Judicial District Attorney General Frederick Agee.
