Tony Quillions
Thomas Anthony “Tony” Quillions, 59, of Union City passed away Sunday, Aug. 30, 2026, at the home of his daughter.
Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Russell Zik will officiate. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery near Hornbeak.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the hour of services Tuesday.
Pallbearers will be Rylan Hale, Riley Quillions, Matthew Hale, Justin Quillions, Jeff Sneed and Tony Stoneburner.
Tony was born Sept. 27, 1966, in Tiptonville, son of Brenda (Franklin) Minnick and the late Thomas Edward Quillions. He had served in the United States Army and the Tennessee National Guard. Tony had been employed at Able Industries in Union City. He was a member of Second Baptist Church, where he was a member of the Sam Sinclair Life Group and sang in the choir. Tony was an avid Tennessee Volunteers and Dallas Cowboys fan.
He is survived by his mother, Brenda Minnick of Hornbeak; one daughter and son-in-law, Morgan and Matthew Hale of Union City; one son and daughter-in-law, Hayden and Karen Quillions of Troy; six grandchildren, Rylan Hale, Maislynn Hale and Vessel Hale, all of Union City, and Riley Quillions, Kinsleigh Quillions and Creed Quillions, all of Troy; and two brothers, Fred Blakley of Hornbeak and Sonny Blakley.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Tim Quillions.
