MEDICAL LESSON — Air Evac flight paramedic Carrie Dunn (second from left) of Martin gave a brief lesson about what she does on the Air Evac medical helicopters while patients are transported to hospitals in larger cities. She and nurse Seth Sanford (far right) of Union City were among those on hand for the Cloverdale Community Center’s second annual Touch a Truck event held to raise money for playground equipment. Taking in the information shared by Ms. Dunn were (from left) 5-year-old AnnaLynn McCulloch, 9-year-old Samuel McCulloch, 10-year-old A.J. Smith (mostly hidden) and 12-year-old Robert McCulloch. The McCulloch siblings are the children of Thomas and Natalie McCulloch, while Smith is the son of Jackie Ervin, all of Cloverdale.
