AIR ACCESS — Obion County Mayor Steve Carr (center) and Weakley County Mayor Dale Hutcherson (left) have announced they are partnering with LifeLine Pilots, a nonprofit organization that provides free, non-emergency medical flights to help improve access to healthcare for area residents. They were joined by Everett-Stewart Regional Airport manager Don Coady. Since 1981, LifeLine Pilots has provided no-cost air transportation for financially-distressed passengers with medical and humanitarian needs. Its volunteer pilots have flown 6.9 million nautical miles and more than 12,000 missions with a 100 percent safety record.
