Richard Stover

Mr. Richard Carlton Stover, age 68, of Hornbeak died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Jan. 3, 2026, at Minnick Bible Church.
Family and friends may call at the church from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the church. Rev Austin Norton will officiate, with burial to follow in  Minnick Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Davis, Joey Tanner, Jason Scott, Kenneth Stover, Glen Stover and Jeff Stover. Mr. Stover was born June 27, 1957, in Union City, the son of the late George Richard Stover and Freeda (Fifer) Stover of Obion. He retired from Tyson in Newbern where he worked in industrial maintenance and was a member of the Minnick Bible Church. 
In addition to his Mother, he is survived by his wife, Robbie Jo (Lamb) Stover of Hornbeak; a daughter, Kristan and her husband, David Dale Alexander Ill of Troy; a brother and his wife, Ray and Shelia Stover of Gates; two sisters, Becky and her husband, Kenneth  Lewis of Hornbeak and Cindy Stover of Obion; two grandchildren, Tatum Alexander and Charlotte Rose Alexander, both of Troy; a stepdaughter, Debbie Campbell of Hornbeak; a stepson, Matt and his wife, Olivia Riley of Union City; five stepgrandchildren, Mollie and her husband, Jason Scott of Union City, Averie and Boston Riley of Union City and Willow and Simon Scott of Hornbeak.
