MERRY MINGLING

MERRY MINGLING — Hornbeak Police Chief Kent Treece joined in the fun Saturday morning at the Cookies with Santa event at the Hornbeak Community Center, where he even colored his own Christmas tree ornament as he mingled with local children as they created works of art. Kids also visited with Santa and enjoyed sweet treats. The day’s event was followed by the town’s Christmas parade Saturday night.
