Byron Sanford
Mr. Byron Sanford, age 39, a resident of Martin, passed away on Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, in Greenfield.
He was born on March 31, 1986, in Fayetteville to Toni (Thorpe) Sanford and Lee Sanford of Martin.
Byron was a member of Greenfield Church of Christ, and his kindness touched many lives. After retiring from the U.S. Army, where he served for 12 years, he continued his journey at Ceco Doors in Milan as a Machine Tool Technologist. Byron had a passion for learning new trades and was always eager to lend a helping hand to those around him.
In addition to his parents, Byron is survived by one daughter, Chelsea Sanford of Martin; one sister, Leigha (Jason) Conrad of Greenfield; two nieces, Adreana (Anthony) Najera of Union City and Lauren Ray of Greenfield; one nephew, Luke Ray of Greenfield; one great-nephew, Zypher Najera of Union City; one bonus niece, Jiselle Nguyen; and one bonus nephew, Jacob Nguyen.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Greenfield Church of Christ. Bro. Brent Arnold will officiate the services.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025, from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the church located at 2610 North Meridian St. in Greenfield.
