Ken Kindelsperger
Kenneth Earl “Ken” Kindelsperger, 88, of Union City passed away Sunday, June 15, 2025, at his home.
Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.
Ken was born Aug. 25, 1936, in Moline, Ill., son of the late Cecil Ora and Mildred Marie (Olson) Kindelsperger. He married Nancy (Powers) Kindelsperger Nov. 14, 1981. She preceded him in death July 30, 2023. Ken had been employed as a truck driver. He was a member of Green River United Methodist Church in Colona, Ill., and the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Silvis, Ill. His hobbies included stock car racing and bowling. Ken enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by one daughter, Korina Mathias of Silvis, Ill.; three sons, Kevin Kindelsperger (Deb) of Zanesville, Ohio, Kurt Kindelsperger (Kris) of Port Byron, Ill., and Matt Hammill (Lisa) of Joy, Ill.; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and his special nephew, Ben Hardin (Nikki) of Troy.
He was also preceded by one daughter, Ivy Golden; and one infant grandson.
