Jeffrey Lowrance
Jeffrey Lee Lowrance, age 53, of Union City passed away Thursday, Jan. 30, 2025, at Baptist East in Memphis.
Memorial services will be at noon Saturday, Feb. 8, 2025, at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with Bro. Johnie Dalton officiating. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.
Visitation will begin Saturday, Feb. 8, at 10 a.m. and run until the time of service at the funeral home.
Mr. Lowrance was born in Union City on March 23, 1971, to the late Ronald “Ron” Lee Lowrance and the late Patricia Hammonds Lowrance Cook. He worked for Wal-Mart and Coca-Cola, but finished his career as a forklift driver at Titan Tire. He was a member of Mt. Ararat Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He was always looking to help anyone he could and continued that by being an organ and tissue donor.
He is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Sean and Amanda Lowrance and Andrew Lowrance and his fiancée, Sarah Mathews, of Union City; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Terri and Bill Adams of Union City and Sherri and Scott Muse of Troy; six grandchildren, Damian Lowrance, Jaidynn Lowrance, LaRayne Lowrance, Danie Parker, Collin Crawford and Hailey Isbell; his two uncles, Robert (Brenda) Lowrance of Martin and J.Larry (Emily) Lowrance of North Carolina; one aunt, Emily Hammonds of North Carolina; one niece; and two nephews.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Lowrance was preceded in death by his nephew, Cory Adams; and his grandparents, James M. Lowrance, Pauline Pritchett Lowrance, James H. Hammonds and Inez Smith Hammonds Brinkley.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Mt. Ararat Cumberland Presbyterian Church at 1465 Troy Hickman Road, Union City, TN 38261.
