Janice Moore
Janice Faye (Gray) Moore, 74, passed away on Friday, Aug. 23, 2024, at 4:15 p.m. at Vanderbilt University Hospital.
Services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 7, at Troy Church of Christ on Highway 51, with visitation starting at 4 p.m. and a celebration of life at 5.
Janice was born on Nov. 9, 1949, in Obion County to the late Luby and Ollie Lee Gray. She married Ronnie Moore on March 16, 1970.
She was a retired beautician and former owner of Grandma’s Attic antique stores located in Troy and Hornbeak. She attended Troy Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Ronnie Moore of Troy; one daughter and son-in-law, Christy and Wade Henson of Obion; her grandchildren, Kellie and Matthew Cummings and Wyatt Henson, all of Troy; two sisters, Phyllis Jones of the Shawtown community and Ginny Montgomery of Troy; one brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Becky Gray of the Shawtown community; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Ophelia Speed, Martha Davis and Naomi Coley; and five brothers, Henry Gray, Doyal Gray, Jim Gray, Wendall Gray and Ralph Gray.
