Martha Maness
Martha Lane Maness, age 93, of Union City passed away Saturday, July 6, 2024, at The Arbors of Union City.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.
Mrs. Maness was born in the Elbridge Community on June 7, 1931, to the late McKinley McIntosh and the late Ethel Lane McIntosh. She worked as a Secretary for the Obion County Superintendent’s Office. She spent her whole life living in the Elbridge Community.
She is survived by her three sons and their spouses, Tony Maness and his wife, Claudia, of Union City, Scott Maness and his wife, Rozeanne, of Union City and John Maness and his wife, Sandy, of Germantown; seven grandchildren, Lacy Maness Nelson and her husband, Graham, of Huntsville, Ala., Wade Maness of Huntsville, Jacob Maness and his wife, Emily, of Lexington, Tenn., Jason Maness of Jackson, Fallon Maness of Little Rock, Ark., Morgan Edwards and her, husband, Blake of Memphis and McKinley Duke and her husband, James, of Memphis; and six great-grandchildren, Arden and McClain Nelson, Merida, Anderson and Madeline Maness and Paige Edwards.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, James McIntosh.
