Kenneth Weaks
Kenneth Gary Weaks, age 58, of Union City passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, Ky.
Memorial services will be held 4 p.m. Saturday, July 13, 2024, at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with Bro. Guy Revell officiating. The family will receive friends before the service beginning at 2 p.m.
Mr. Weaks was born in Union City on June 14, 1966, to the late William Gary Weaks and the late Ella Ree Burton Weaks. He married Regina Gargis Weaks on Oct. 26, 2012.
Mr. Weaks worked for USDA as a Consumer Food Safety Inspector for 21 years and was an avid Tennessee Vols, St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs fan.
Mr. Weaks is survived by his wife, Regina Weaks of Union City; his son, Steven Weaks of Union City; three stepsons and the wife of one, Scott Brimer and his wife, Karla, Patrick Moore and Jeremy Moore; his siblings and their spouses, Kathy Brann and her husband, Randy, and Kevin Weaks and his wife, Missy, all of Union City; mother-in-law, Reba “Reebs” Gargis of Mayfield, Ky.; brother-in-law, Brian Gargis and his wife, Donita, of Paducah, Ky.; his daughter-in-law, Lauren Weaks of Union City; nieces and nephews, Rachel (Matthew) Morrison, Eric (Danielle) Brann, Amber (Tristan) Callaway, Christopher Gargis, Steven (Misty) Gargis and Stephanie (Josh) Hartdegen; and four grandsons, Trevor, Trace and Tripp Brimer and Liam Moore; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Weaks was preceded in death by one son, Shawn Weaks.
