Howard Rogers

Mr. Howard Rogers of South Fulton passed away Friday, June 7, 2024, at his daughter’s residence.
He was born on Sept. 24, 1940, in Fulton to the late Robert Rogers and Nell Castleman Rogers.
Howard was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Fulton and retired from the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. He had worked there for 32 years as a maintenance supervisor and he was also a farmer, and body shop repair was one of his many hobbies as well as fishing.
He is survived by two daughters, DeAnna (Sam) Miller of Fulton and Karen (Mark) Jackson of Wingo, Ky.; six grandchildren, Brandi (Rob) Worthen of Mayfield, Ky., Dustin (Trina) Jackson of Wingo, Jordan (Chrissy) Miller of Lebanon, Mary Kathryn (Mitchell) Mays of Memphis and Behr Miller and Carson Miller, both of Fulton; four great-grandchildren, Jackson Worthen of Mayfield, Gavin Jackson and Gage Jackson of Wingo and Jett Miller of Lebanon; his significant other, Dianna Nerren of Hickman, Ky.; and a sister, Olivia “Libby” Wright of Memphis.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Annette Johnson.
Memorial services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at Trinity Episcopal Church, with inurnment following at Obion County Memorial Gardens. Visitation was held at Trinity Episcopal Church from noon Tuesday until the hour of service.
Hornbeak Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
