Steve Morris

Stephen Lee “Steve” Morris, 59, of Union City passed away 3 p.m. Sunday, March 10, 2024, at the Obion County Nursing Home.
Memorial services will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Doug Morris and Brother Tony Keeton will officiate.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until the hour of services Thursday.
Steve was born July 22, 1964, in Union City, son of Raymond and Lou Dell (Collins) Morris. He was a 1982 graduate of Union City High School.
Steve worked at M & M Mobile Home Park and opened M & M Music Store from 1988 until 1997. He ran Stage One Music for two years. After that, he did recording at M & M Music Store for several bands local and far away. He also taught guitar lessons. Steve was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
He is also survived by two sons, Zachery Van Morris and Nicky Lee Morris, both of Union City; his former wife, Dawn (Hardy) Morris of Union City; one brother, Billy Ray Morris and wife, Darlene, of Cabot, Ark.; one sister, Debbie Lou Jones and husband, Mark, of Union City; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
