RUNNERS-UP — Derek and Micayla Giffin (center) of Obion County were named national runners-up in the American Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers Achievement Award contest. They learned of their placement at the recent 104th American Farm Bureau Annual Meeting in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The couple was joined by his parents, Hoyt (left) and Benita Giffin of Union City.
