Sarah Omelia Faulkner

Sarah Omelia Faulkner, age 97, of Union City died Friday, Nov. 18, 2022, at NHC Oakwood in Lewisburg.
She was a native of Obion County, the daughter of the late John James and Hatti Carter James. She was a seamstress and a member of the Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, Jack Ewell Greer and Ben Faulkner; her son, Jerry B. Greer; and six siblings.
She is survived by two sons, James E. (Dovie) Greer of Hixson and Steve (Rhonda) Greer of Union City; two sisters, Peggy Burden of Obion and Betty (Murray) Beeler of Linden; one brother, Johnny (Joyce) James of Hermitage; eight grandchildren, Jack (Danielle) Greer, Elizabeth (Benton) Tatum, Laura (Jeff) Shooks, David Greer, Sara (Heath) Holt, Larry B. Greer, Andrea (Chad) Sharpe and Walter Greer; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be conducted at Martin Church of Christ in Martin on Dec. 10 at 2 p.m.
London Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements.
