Paul Davis

Paul Norman Davis, 82, of Louisville, Ky., passed away Sunday, Feb. 20, 2022, at his home. He was a former resident of Union City.
Graveside services will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 25, 2022, at Stanley’s Chapel Cemetery near Union City.
There will be no visitation and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the service.
Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Paul was born Jan. 16, 1940, in Union City, son of the late Amos Enloe and Pauline (Burpo) Davis. He received his master’s degree from Murray State University. He was a retired high school band director in Brandenburg, Ky., and Dawson Springs, Ky. Paul enjoyed playing in various bands.
He is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Jane and Phillip Smothers of Union City; and two brothers and sisters-in-law, Amos and Lisa Davis of Martin and John and Etta Davis of Kenton.
