Maria Rico

Maria Rico, 69, of Martin passed away Sunday, Feb. 13, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi.
Funeral services will be conducted at noon on Saturday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Father Carl Gregorich will officiate. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery in Union City.
Pallbearers will be family.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Rosary services will start at 7 p.m.
Maria was born Sept. 1, 1952, in Mexico, daughter of the late Antonio and Angela (Rivas) Guerrero. She married Luis Rico in 1976. He survives. She worked for Tyson Foods and was of the Catholic faith.
She is also survived by three daughters, Francisca Rico (Ramon), Evangelina Rico (Sergio) and Leticia Rico (Eliceo); four sons, Jose Luis Rico (Adriana), Redolfo Rico (Maria), Hector Rico (Ana) and Antonio Rico (Jaquelin); 24 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; two sisters, Esther Serrano and Concepcion Guerrero; and five brothers, Angel Guerrero, Margarito Guerrero, Ramiro Guerrero, Antonio Guerrero and Benjamin Guerrero.
