Dorothy Hurst

Ms. Dorothy Christine Wyman Hurst, age 76, of Fulton, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022, at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, Kentucky. There will be no services held at the Hornbeak Funeral Home. A graveside service for family will be held at a later date. Dorothy was born on April 20, 1945, in Lynn, Massachusetts, to the late Stephen Wyman and Helen Wyman. She was a retired florist, an avid volunteer and supporter of Easter Seals and the Special Olympics and was of the Catholic faith. She is survived by two sons, Trevor (Mary Ann) Hurst of Martin and Sean Hurst of Parsons; two grandchildren, Brittany (Mike) Koenig of Nashville and Natalie (Vince) Hurst-Rollins of Cincinnati, Ohio; two step grandchildren, Scotty (Kristen) Gilliam of Knoxville and Sara (Ryan) Fitzpatrick of Nashville; two step great-grandchildren, Katy and Jacob Gilliam, both of Knoxville; a sister, Catherine Donovan of Sacramento, California; and three nephews, Stephen, Michael and Kevin Donovan, all of Sacramento.
