Sue H. Werner

Sue H. Werner, 76, of Hickman, Ky., died Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021, at her home surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Werner was born July 5, 1945, daughter of the late Frank Hutchison Sr. and Lillian Edgin Hutchison. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Paul Werner. She loved her church and was a devout member of Hickman First Baptist Church. She was retired from The Citizens Bank of Hickman, where she spent 20 years serving the public and making friends.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Werner is survived by two daughters, Jill George Coffey of Hickman and Ginger (Bo) Atkins of Wickliffe, Ky.; her granddaughter, Brooke (Beau) Simmons of Woodland Mills; one brother, Hank (Susan) Hutchison of Hornbeak; one sister, Margaret Ford of Union City; several nieces and nephews; one stepson, Paul Werner Jr.; two stepdaughters, Paula Mitchel and Cecilia Werner; several stepgrandchildren; and one stepgreat-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her stepgrandchild, Parker Vowell.
Funeral services were to be held at 2 p.m. today, Dec. 14, 2021, at Hickman First Baptist Church. Bro. Tom Quimby will officiate. Burial will follow in Cobbs Chapel Cemetery near Hornbeak. The family was to receive friends beginning at 10 a.m. today until the hour of services.
