Daniel Cory Adams

Daniel Cory Adams, 35, of Union City died Saturday, May 22, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Graveside services will be held 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mt Ararat Cemetery with family and friends to speak.
The family will receive friends at White-Ranson Funeral Home from 10 -11 a.m. Wednesday.
Pallbearers will be Sean Lowrance, Joshua Spencer, Sam Douglas, Maxwell Adams, Thomas Muse and Scott Muse. Honorary Pallbearers will be his cousins.
Daniel Cory was born July 12, 1985, in Union City, to William (Bill) and Terri (Lowrance) Adams. He was a member of the Mt. Ararat Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was an Eagle Scout with Troop 570.
Daniel Cory was talented, helpful and kind to everyone. He wanted to give to others by his own selfless act of organ and tissue donation to help others.
He is survived by his parents, Bill and Terri Adams of Union City; one son, Daniel Jason Adams-Foster of Frederick, Md.; one sister, Emma Adams of Union City; one brother, John Adams of Union City; loving grandmother, Sue Adams of Casey, Ky.; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, W.G. Adams; grandfather, Ron Lowrance; and grandmother, Pat Hammonds Cook.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to his son’s college fund, c/o DTS Terri Adams, P.O. Box 721, Union City, TN 38281-0721 or dropped off at Commercial Bank under the name “Daniel’s Fund.”
